We took the three-day package for a family outing to Penang and back, with a stop in Kulim. Eight of us, including my parents. The vehicle was clean and the air conditioning was working well throughout — something we'd had issues with on previous rentals from other places. Handover was quick and the person explained everything clearly.

Our office group used the single-day package for a team outing near Langkawi Crafts Centre and Kuah. The route planning chat beforehand was actually useful — they mentioned which roads to take from Alor Setar to avoid the slower stretch near the ferry terminal. Would have been five stars but the pick-up time got shifted by thirty minutes.

Used the single-day package for a school association trip to Bukit Kayu Hitam and back. Seven committee members. The vehicle was ready when we arrived and the fuel was full. The only thing I'd suggest is having more flexibility on the return time — we ran about an hour late and had to call ahead. They were fine about it, which I appreciated.
