What is the seating capacity of the MPV?

Each vehicle accommodates up to eight passengers. This includes the driver's seat. If your group requires more than seven non-driving passengers, please contact us to discuss options.

Is a driver included in the rental?

Our packages are self-drive arrangements. A valid Malaysian driving licence is required for the designated driver. The group lead assumes responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.

What does the route planning support involve?

Before your trip, our team reviews your planned stops and highlights any road or timing considerations specific to your route. This is an advisory conversation — we don't manage navigation during the trip.

How does the weeklong coordinator work?

The dedicated coordinator for the seven-day package checks in mid-week by phone or messaging to confirm vehicle condition, note any concerns, and arrange the scheduled cleaning stop. They are available throughout the trip for logistical questions.

What is included in the mileage allowance?

The single-day package includes standard daily mileage. The three-day package provides an allowance sized for inter-state routes. The weeklong package mileage covers typical small-group touring distances. Exact figures are confirmed at the time of booking.

Where is the vehicle collected and returned?

Collection and return are typically arranged at our base in Alor Setar, Kedah. Alternative pick-up arrangements may be possible — please discuss this during enquiry.

How far in advance should we book?

We suggest contacting us at least five to seven working days before your intended departure date. During school holidays and Malaysian public holidays, earlier enquiry is advisable as availability fills up.
