Our Approach

How Every Rental Works

Each Carventis rental follows a consistent sequence regardless of package length. The process is the same whether your group is travelling for a day or a week — the difference is in what's included at each stage.

    Enquiry & Quote

    You contact us with dates, group size, and destination. We confirm availability and provide a written quote with the full package scope.

  2. 2

    Pre-Trip Planning

    We review your route together and flag any practical considerations. Booking is confirmed and the group lead is identified at this stage.

  3. 3

    Vehicle Handover

    The group lead collects the vehicle at the agreed time. A pre-departure checklist is completed together and a copy is retained by both parties.

  4. 4

    During the Trip

    A direct support line is available throughout. The seven-day package includes a mid-week coordinator check-in and scheduled cleaning.

  5. 5

    Return & Closure

    Vehicle is returned to Alor Setar and inspected against the original checklist. Any remarks are documented at this stage.

What Every Rental Includes

Motor Insurance Coverage

All vehicles carry valid motor insurance for the rental period. Coverage details are shared with the group lead at handover.

Pre-Departure Maintenance Check

Tyres, fluids, air conditioning, and engine indicators are checked against a written list before every handover — not spot-checked at the kerb.

Licence & Identity Verification

The designated driver's licence and identity document are recorded at handover consistent with Malaysian road transport requirements.

Direct Support Line

The group lead is given a direct staff contact number for the rental duration. Not a call centre queue — a person with knowledge of your booking.

Written Rental Agreement

All rental terms — mileage, duration, return condition expectations — are stated in writing before the trip. No verbal-only agreements.

Cleaned Before Departure

The interior is cleaned before handover for every package. The seven-day package additionally includes a scheduled mid-trip clean.
